Jesus, it's been ages since I've been on here. Probably 'cause I basically ran out of creative juices AND my scanner hates me. But I have been working on stuff since I've been off and on (lurking) at DA. Mostly it's been for Art class. We're working on prints and I officially hate linoleum plates or whatever they're called. Our theme for this project was Man and Technology. And I had this great idea of the human race using so much tech that slowly, we were being technology ourselves. But of course that didn't really turn out the way I wanted it to...we had to watch this video on carving and the lady made it look so easy! So I'm thinking, "Pshht, an easy A." Obviously not since I don't have any skills at all with carving & crafts and the lady had an EasyCut not linoleum plates. So now my 'great idea' is a pile of crap. On the bright side, I didn't slice my fingers open with the carving tools, though I got close numerous times. :]
Ugh... anyways, besides school my sister got these wicked awesome gel pens that actually work. And I went crazy with them. I'd upload it but my scanner sucks, and I could take a pic of them but my camera sucks too. Ah well.

Although, I do have a short story to upload but I have no idea where to put it. Haha (n00b!!), no really it could fit in a few places in prose but not sure which one fits better. Yet, I'm so proud of it. I was originally going to enter it in our school's short story contest. But I'm a wuss and didn't enter after all. Ugh, but whatever. I just hope I get the motivation to do something. (upload the story, fix camera/scanner, practice some digital art, uhm basically anything?)
